This course is designed as an introductory and discovery approach to French. Students will be able to ask simple questions and to understand, to express, to write, and to read basic information about their identity and their surrounding. Class activities will promote basic communicative and cultural skills and introduce the fundamentals of the French language. Students will be introduced to customs about French-speaking peoples, such as food, daily routines etc.
