This course is designed for false beginner students. These are students who have already had some exposure to the French language: either through traveling, because they have taken short courses, or because they interact with French speakers. Yet these students still need to master the basics. The pace of French Intensive 1:1 will be slightly faster than in French Intensive 1:0. There will be activities that will allow students to reinforce their knowledge and further practice. Students will be able to ask simple questions and to understand, to express, to write, and to read simple information about their identity and their surrounding. Class activities will promote elementary communicative and cultural skills and introduce the fundamentals of the French language. Students will be introduced to cultural elements of the French speaking world.
