In this course students will learn the model of Ubuntic Inclusion and how to infuse it at micro-, meso- , organizational-, and inter-organizational levels. Students will write original case-studies that assess, analyze, and provide recommendations on how to infuse and sustain Ubuntic Inclusion throughout the design of the organization.
