In this course students will learn practical skills for conducting public relations campaigns through traditional and online outlets, and explore theories of the human behaviors that determine a campaign’s effectiveness. Additional readings will compare public relations campaigns to propaganda campaigns and investigate issues of manipulation of behaviors.
