This course develops the policy analytic framework for decision making, including cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, and financial analysis. NURP 6002 is a required course for all Urban Policy Analysis and Management students and usually taken in the first semester. For Urban Policy Analysis and Management graduate students, it is part of a three-semester sequence that includes Urban Policy Lab and Advanced Seminar. NURP 6002 is also a requirement for Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management graduate students taking the Policy Concentration. (Offered Fall Term only)
