This class provides a foundation for graphically representing information. Students learn how to make complex information easily understood through visual patterns . Areas of classical and modern arrangements of 2D space through grids and other systems are explored. This class is useful for every area of design, because the ability to handle information and abstract data plays an important role in most design assignments, from websites to mass communications.
Open to: Bachelors degree in Communication Design majors, sophomores only.
