This course presents an introduction to ethnographic principles in product design, interior design and architecure. Students will learn how to critically see and observe humans in their interactions with objects and space, record observed behaviors in a manner that can be communicated to stakeholders and analyse results for design opportunities. Students will build skills of empathy and observation of unfamiliar environments.
