To continue New School for Drama’s first year study for actors and further explore the techniques of acting through individual and group exercises, text and scene and monologue work. Emphasis will be on process, character, text analysis as it pertains to the actor, scene structure, language, style, imagination, collaboration. To explore theater and characters in relationship to ourselves and the world around us.

Students who wish to enroll in a graduate theater course at The New School for Drama must be accepted into the graduate theater program as a full-time student.
