This course will give an introduction to acoustics and digital sound with an emphasis on creative uses of sound and the techniques of electronic and electroacoustic music. A mixture of theoretical learning and hands-on recording and editing to make small pieces will be used to make the concepts clear and tangible. Ability to read bass and treble clef required.
