This course introduces future designers and creative managers to fundamental business and finance tools and methods. It addresses the key concepts of money and investment management, a subject of significant importance for all industries, including creative ones. Today’s companies need skilled managers and designers who possess basic financial knowledge and the ability to apply tools and methods in order to design and implement innovative projects. During this course, students are introduced to a broad range of cases that include financial parameters, capital budgeting constraints and growth strategies.
