Food writing is rapidly changing from the print world of traditional magazines, newspapers, and cookbooks to the digital world of food blogs, digital books, websites, online restaurant reviewing, memoirs, recipes, food photography and the culinary influence of social media. This two day course (April 5-6, 2019) will feature culinary writers who will explore the opportunities– and challenges– of the new world of digital food writing. 1 credit.
