In this course, the special challenges of professional food writing are explored as students learn how to write and submit articles, restaurant reviews, recipes, cookbook proposals, and inquiry letters. The course covers researching, interviewing, networking, writing, and posting techniques in social media, such as blogs, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, that can help students succeed in a rapidly changing field. Good writing skills are a prerequisite."
