A workshop-style language course for high intermediate to advanced students interested in honing their French skills. The course’s objective is to provide in-class opportunities for students to achieve an advanced-level in French for public speaking. Grammar lessons are included in the context of cultural assignments and activities. Reading and writing lessons are also part of the course, where a variety of texts and genres will be read and discussed, as well as media from a variety of French-speaking countries, including France and Canada. The course also intends to cultivate students’ wide interests by engaging in a project-based approach, where students elaborate creative projects and share them with the class.
