An Italian conversation course designed for intermediate to advanced students of Italian, it offers a panoramic approach to food studies in Italy. It focuses on a wide-range of topics, including, culinary cultures, national identity, food enterprise, and environmental sustainability. The course is conducted in Italian and integrates the study of a selection of short readings and films/media on a wide-range of topics related to food studies. The course can be taken as part of the Food Studies concentration. [In Italian] Proficiency: intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Italian is required
