Food Studies in Japanese is for students with at least an intermediate-high to advanced level of Japanese, who wish to expand their language skills in relation to food studies in Japan. The course offers a panoramic examination of food-related fields through the study of cultural frameworks accessed through short readings, case studies, literary, art, film and media genres.
