This course explores the contribution of the discipline of organizational development to current change management practice, defining models, approaches, and understandings of the way organizations can be helped to achieve successful change.

Prerequisite to the core course sequence in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Development, EPSM Management Concentration, and Leadership and Change.
This course counts as an elective course for the Graduate Minor in Impact Entrepreneurship.
