Advanced Management Seminar
Spring 2021
Taught By: Mark Lipton
Section: A
CRN: 6837
Credits: 3
This is the capstone course for Organizational Change Management or Nonprofit Management, delivered as a seminar in which students reflect on their academic and professional experiences, identify a compelling topic of deep interest, and write a rigorous paper of publishable quality (PPQ) to explore it. Students who wish to apply theory to an opportunity or challenge within a single organization will receive support to do so. We will form a learning community to support this exploration and draw on various resources: the knowledge and experience of peers and faculty, technical expertise of a New School librarian, and the published work of recognized thought-leaders in our chosen fields. OCM/NPM Capstone.
