Credits: 3

Data Analysis, Modeling & Presentation teaches students how to use Microsoft Excel as both a reporting tool and a modeling tool for solving business problems for managers and entrepreneurs. It will be useful in other classes, as you go thorough a job search, and if you are already in a job you may find that you are able to look at solving problems on your job in new ways. It is appropriate for beginning users of Microsoft Excel, but it will be useful for intermediate and advanced users. Students will work on individual projects and in groups. Real cases are used in almost every class. It is expected that each member of the class actively participate in every class, and frequently online, outside of class time, through CANVAS. You will be provided the knowledge and resources you need to get the most from this class.
