You should take this course if you are currently engaged in or hope to be engaged in a career that requires systematic approaches for monitoring and evaluating project, program and policy outcomes. You will learn up-to-date skills and techniques that will make you marketable in the ever-evolving field of monitoring and evaluating. An emphasis is placed on learning based on findings in order to implement adjustments and improve outcomes in complex contexts. The course will be taught using an interactive approach during which the professor and the students will design and implement an evaluation.
