This course builds on skills from the typography core to address type and image at varying scales. Learn how to design for a 360-degree experience - an experience through interpretation and storytelling. Students will create time-sensitive events and exhibitions that address the viewer's experience through space. The class will touch on subjects that are relevant -- such as typography, materials, scale, media, presentation, production, communication, storytelling, interpretation and collaboration. Open to: Bachelors degree in Communication Design majors and Communication Design minors, juniors and seniors only; others by permission of the program. Pre-requisite(s): PUCD 2025 Core 1: Typography Studio, or PSAM 1070 CD Foundations: Typography or PACD 1100 Core 1: Typography (PAGD 1140 Digital Layout + PAGD 1060 Typography 1.). .
