This course focuses on drawing across a range of media, technologies, and physical sites, encouraging exploration of, and beyond, traditional drawing methods, materials, and surfaces. Students build their experience and confidence through a series of media-based workshop classes, then explore alternative ways of drawing through the use of various technologies and on-site interventions. Throughout the course, particular attention is paid to scale, site, and appropriateness of media to message.
