Global Drama in Context 2

Spring 2020

Taught By: Lauren Whitehead

Section: A

CRN: 1109

Credits: 3

We continue our study of theatre as a craft and literature from mid-nineteenth century through post modernism, exploring the thematic tapestry of other times, places and people in whom we are likely to recognize ourselves. Our collective responsibility this semester will be to assess the umbilical connection between a work of literary art and the society into which that work was born.

Students who wish to enroll in a graduate theater course at The New School for Drama must be accepted into the graduate theater program as a full-time student.
