This is a 15 week class where students will explore techniques that Stanford Meisner developed after working with both Stella Adler and Lee Strasberg at the Group Theater. Through a series of exercises designed to help students focus on “getting out of their heads” and behave instinctively. This classfollows a series of interdependent, sequential exercises which will help to develop emotional richness, depth, imagination and truth.
