In this course, we explore the principles of typography and graphic design for screen and print. We will investigate in what way design influences the way we perceive, share and consume content while critically analyzing the tools available to us and how we use them. Works by various artists and designers will be presented throughout the semester and encompass both digital and analog production. An introductory workshop on basic coding languages including HTML, CSS and Javascript is included.
