This first-semester sophomore requirement provides intensive practice in narrative through sequential art and design forms. Students explore the commonalities and specificities of intermedia art and design practices through diverse languages including sonic, material, spatial and visual. A wide range of creative approaches are encouraged with particular attention to understanding common issues of intention, meaning through making and receptivity of the viewer/participant.
