Taught By: Bridget O'Rourke
Section: PC1

CRN: 15466

Credits: 3

This studio course provides immersion in the diverse practices of drawing as a creative end in itself, and as a means for prototyping art and design concepts (2D, 3D, 4D, XD). The projects encompass hand-drawing, digital drawing, machine-based drawing, performance drawing, and other innovative techniques. Students will explore how drawing can be used to map the visible and the invisible, convey complex ideas, prototype effectively, and facilitate critical thinking. Through hands-on experimentation, this course aims to expand students' creative perspectives and elevate their visual communication skills.
