The Thesis Project provides a unique opportunity for students to engage in an individual creative project that challenges conventions and affirms a personal experimental research and project execution on an ambitious artistic and technical level. It constitutes the culminating project of the curriculum. Students are encouraged to consider a relevant thesis topic very close to their own interests and use a cross-disciplinary range of media to express their own voice and bring their vision into the world. From the implementation of effective collaborations to the final execution of the work, they are mentored by supervising faculty and external advisors who support them in defining milestones and overcoming the obstacles faced along the way. Visiting professionals from different fields of the fashion industry are involved in the critical reviews of the students’ projects throughout the semester. *Open to Parsons Paris 2nd year MFA FD-Arts students only.
