The Psychedelic Rock and Soul Ensemble explores Psychedelic music from its origins in the late 1960s through the 1970s. The group will perform and record music by artists including Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, Pink Floyd, Sly and the Family Stone, Parliament Funkadelic, Isaac Hayes, and others. This ensemble will ideally include singers, 2-3 electric guitars, 1-2 keyboards, drums, percussion, and horn players. Students will audition and final ensemble line-up will be determined by the instructor
