This ensemble will cover the musical contributions of piano trios from Nat King Cole, Bill Evans, Paul Bley, Hampton Hawes, McCoy Tyner, Keith Jarrett, as well as others. Enrollment is limited to pianists, acoustic bassists, and drummers. Particular emphasis will be placed on the communication and support among the various members of the ensemble and the individual roles of each player. By audition, at the instructor's discretion.
