Students will experience what a typical law school class is like, including reading judicial opinions, briefing cases, and participating in the Socratic method. Students will learn the difference between common law and statutory law and become familiar with case law and precedents. Students will explore several recent Supreme Court cases in depth and understand how the Court shapes our lives and society.
