Is every story a business story? The answer is almost always yes. Whether you are interested in fashion or climate change, music or foreign affairs, queer rights or healthcare, money is at the root of the issue. Students will read great acts of business journalism, study relevant financial concepts, acquire some basic business reporting skills, learn from guest speakers with experience in the field, and embark on their own semester-long, pitchable project.
