[Cinematography]: The Class About the Class
Eugene Lang College Lib Arts: Culture & Media
CRN: 16663
Credits: 3
This is a production class in which students will collaborate on the making of a film about the class. Students will be responsible for shooting each class session, talking to the camera about their experience, and editing the footage from each class. At the end of the semester, we will screen the film publicly. Everyone taking the class will be required to sign a release form granting permission for the footage of them to be used in the film. I am looking for students who are willing and able to be honest and vulnerable on camera. If students are not comfortable being in front of the camera and/or having footage of them out in the world, they should not take this class. Students wanting to take the class will need to send audition tapes to the instructor no later than January 15th, 2026. [Track S]
