This workshop will review camera basics, practice using camera settings, controls and lenses; explore composition, form, and color theory; and incorporate theories of still photography and their relation to cinema in a hands-on, practical experience that will strengthen photography, cinematography and storytelling skills. This 1-credit Tech Workshop takes place over three consecutive Saturdays, with hands-on homework assignments during the intervening weeks.
