This intensive advanced DSLR/DSLM workshop, which takes place over three consecutive Saturdays, is designed to give students a deeper understanding of advanced DSLR/DSLM image-making and mastering specialized techniques. This workshop will review advanced composition, form, and color theory; high dynamic range photography; shooting RAW images; panoramic techniques and stitching methods; appropriate use of lens filters; low light portraiture and city lights. Students will examine influential photography and produce photos demonstrating the interdependence between photography and cinema in a hands-on, practical experience that will strengthen advanced cinematography skills.
