This course will introduce technological innovation as a strategy for emerging and existing organizations. It will expose students to the role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in telling an impactful story, monitoring a project or program, tracking and managing the outcomes. They will also become familiar with major trends in MIS and MIS infrastructures (cloud, big data, ERPs, databases) and bridge the MIS related digital gap that is required in most professional jobs.
