Situation analysis is multi-method tool for assessing “complex interpersonal episodes in their embedding context.” It is widely used in business, public health and policy analysis. In this course, we will use the South Korean art form of “situation story” to study situation analysis. The critically acclaimed international success, “Crash Landing on You,” will be explored through analysis of all aspects of the situation, as well as identifying the archetypal story it depicts. This course will useful for students in urban studies, policy analysis, international affairs, and media studies.
