Strategizing company culture in lieu of human dynamics, collaborative models, and conflict resolution case studies provide a framework to differentiate and compete in the HR landscape. The course will include an onsite visit to an international consulting firm focused on executive search, brand incubation and advisory services for luxury, fashion, retail and innovation-driven companies.
