This course examines how the elements of design are used to create visual experiences for brands. Students will apply past learning in typography and interaction to systematically address how form creates visual worlds that have specific cultural meanings. Translating and iterating form across different media and platforms, students will articulate how these forms relate to the visual culture of the past and posit the visual culture of the future.
