Digital Asset Creation: 2D is one of BFADT’s foundation digital production courses. In this course, students will learn techniques and best practices to create assets for games, websites, and apps. Through a series of exercises and discussions, students will create complete production pipelines for characters, animations, UI components, textures, and graphic elements. Throughout the course, students will hone their use of design principles and how to apply them to every stage of asset development. The course will be supplemented by guest lectures from working designers at the top of the interactive digital media field.

Open to: All university undergraduate degree students. Some seats have been reserved for BFA Design & Technology majors.
