This is an introductory course for you to increase your knowledge of the history and experience of the photobook. The photobook has become a medium unto itself and is expanding and redefining photography. In this class, you will learn an overview of the history of the photobook as well as various techniques used in the production of the photobook; from zine to commercial processes. Through these varied methods and skills, students will produce a conceptual piece with well executed technique. This is a hands-on making course where you will produce a photobook for your final project.
