This course uses typography as an instrument to stimulate from both a visual and intellectual perspective. It focuses on the whole creative process, from concept to application. Students choose the subjects for projects and have creative freedom to utilize unconventional methods and materials.

Open to: Bachelors degree in Communication Design majors and Communication Design minors, seniors only; others by permission of the program. Pre-requisite(s): PUCD 2130 Advanced Typography or PSAM 1070 Typography and Visual Design or (PAGD 1140 Digital Layout + PAGD 1060 Typography 1.).
