In this course, students will learn fundamentals of collaboration with another artist in printmaking media, edition planning, and production, working with the faculty and an artist in residence to develop, plan, and execute an edition of prints. The course offers students an opportunity to expand on existing printmaking knowledge and skills, while working in a team to facilitate this production. The media will vary depending on the artist and the work being made. Students will learn about print publishing, preparing for and managing the production of an edition, and will gain experience in the media selected by the artist and faculty member for the specific work to be made.
