This course offers an overview of historical and contemporary fashion and editorial media. Class discussions explore the roles of image-makers in the fashion and editorial industry and the collaborative group structures in which they work. Social responsibility within the field of fashion, editorial and image-making informed by the analysis of key critical texts on fashion theory, imagery, and design, help students create a solid foundation on which to develop their individual practice.
