Product Photography and Digital Narrative gives fundamental instruction in how to photograph and document industrial design development in the areas of prototype documentation, user-scenario and final article product “money” shots for both instructional as well as compelling promotional material. The class also explores narrative strategies in promotional product videos such as employed on crowd funding platforms such as Kickstarter as well as for video competition entry.

Open to: All university graduate degree students. Upper level undergraduate students by permission only. Pre-requisite(s): none.
