Design Sprints Studio offers students an opportunity to network and work with multiple external partners from a wide range of organizational models and sectors. It creates a platform for students to engage with diverse real-world strategic design challenges. Each design sprint in this studio course centers around design briefs co-created with various external partners. In a series of 3-4 week intensive modules, students collaborate to research and develop intervention ideas addressing the partners’ needs and advancing their strategic interests. The Design Sprints Studio will enhance students’ ideation, synthesis, visualization, collaboration, and networking skills, while providing opportunities to rapidly apply strategic design methodologies and principles across a wide range of contexts.
