Students learn the physical discipline of French, Decroux Mime technique and how to apply these movement skills into routines and improvisations. The movement technique will generalize into all aspects of the students’ acting abilities making them more centered, aware of their bodies, precise in their movement, and expand their range of movement and expressive body language and gesture. As Clowns, the students will learn how to develop professional theatrical clown characters, clown routines, open up their range, and expand their skill sets for physical comedy and comic improvisation.
