This class will ask you to utilize all of your previous training to tell the story of the scene you are working on and how it connects to the bigger story of the play. Exercises will be introduced to help students to overcome obstacles in their scene work. The course will include extensive work on listening, given circumstances, action, establishing and playing objective, physical activity, moment before, the development and trust in the imagination and moment-to-moment acting. Students will discover how to make compelling, informed choices and how to take actions and choose behaviors that will help tell the story of the role, scene, and play they are working on.
