Skills advanced through this experience include the ability to: Set personal, artistic, and professional goals for a project and develop a strategy for meeting those goals; manage and allocate resources; evaluate and analyze one’s own process performance; communicate goals, strategies, and thought processes to instructors, collaborators, and classmates; make assessments and adjustments at key moments in the project process; manage the responsibilities of leading a creative project (including creative team leadership).
