Great public speaking begins with a grounded connection to the audience free of presentation nerves, a clear and expressive voice, and comprehensible speech. This course develops the skills artists need to communicate effectively in front of a group. Through physical centering exercises, patented articulation training, and breath control, students will develop a more intentional physical presence for purposeful delivery and enhanced clarity of communication. Upon successful completion, students will have the tools to showcase their work with confidence and precision. This course is open as an elective to all students enrolled at Parsons/Performing Arts.
