dance=theatre=dance Dancetheatre is a performance based practice; a merge of disciplines that is centered in embodiment, movement, narrative, feeling, and story telling. It enjoys an experimental ensemble process which invites texture, landscape, space and scale, often times operating on the non-linear. Dancetheatre is gesture-based and explores multiple imagery with interesting opportunities with performative objects. It combines the surreal with expressionism. It is universally profound, sublime or conversely mundane, simply drawing in the expressions of the everyday … it is life!
